  • Is Road Trip free?
    Skates: There's a free ride with story limits on every trip. Premium is $4.99/mo, $34.99/yr, or $99.99 lifetime — that last one locks in your crew forever. I've done the math. It's a good deal.
  • Is it safe to use while driving?
    Skates: Yes — audio plays automatically, fully hands-free. But we're an entertainment companion, not a navigation app. Always use a proper GPS for directions. I'm saying this first because it matters.
  • Does it work in dead zones?
    Scout: Yep — we pack snacks before we lose signal. The next few stories ride along in your pocket, so a missing bar never ends the trip.
  • Is it safe for kids?
    Skates: Yes. Family Mode locks the app to kid-friendly content — no scares, no edge, just curiosity and laughter. PIN-protected so little hands can’t switch it off.
  • How do I delete my account or my data?
    Macey: Email us and it's done. We remove your account data and confirm within 30 days. No hoops, no "are you sure" five times. Your call, every time. Reach us at ben@brokenbranch.dev.

When you write in about a bug, include as much of this as you can:

  • What happened— and what you expected to happen instead.
  • Steps to reproduce— what you tapped, in what order, right before it went sideways.
  • Your device & OS— e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18, or Pixel 8, Android 15.
  • App version— found in Settings, at the bottom of the screen.
  • When it happened— the rough date and time helps us match it to our logs.
  • A screenshot or screen recording— if you’ve got one, it tells the whole story.
